Advise the Group Commander regarding all ‘Enlisted Rank’ & Operational Activities

Enforce all standards established by the Cadet Group Commander

Determine proper manpower and utilization of all Cadet Corps members

Aid the Deputy Group & Group Commander regarding the Unit

Cooperate with the Cadet Leadership and ‘Top 4’

Inspector General
-
Coordinate directly with the Group Commander

Oversee and ensure accountability of weekly Uniform/PT inspections.

Conduct & Oversee weekly inspections of each Squadron.
-
Aid the Cadre during HQ-AFJROTC Unit Inspections
-
Accurately report to the Group Commander regarding the Unit’s Squadrons and the various happenings within the unit
-
Cooperate with the Logistics Squadron Commander regarding the Multi-purpose Room
-
Ensure any concerns or questions within/about the Group are addressed
-
Cooperate with the Cadet Leadership and the ‘Top

Inspector Compliance

Coordinate directly with the Inspector General

Conduct weekly functional inspections of each flight
-
Aid the Inspector General during HQ-AFJROTC Unit Inspections

Cooperate with the Cadet General Staff & Cadet Leadership

Accurately report to the Inspector General regarding the Unit’s Squadrons and the various happenings within the unit.

Logistics Squadron Commander

Coordinate directly with the Cadet Group & Deputy Group Commander.

Accurately Catalog & Efficiently Manage Unit Equipment

Accurately Catalog & Efficiently Issue Uniform Items

Keep a clean & Organized Logistics Room
-
Oversee & Supervise all members of the Logistics Squadron
-
Cooperate with Unit Inspector General on maintaining the ‘Multi-Purpose Room’
-
Cooperate with the appropriate General Staff & Cadet Leadership regarding certain Uniform Items / Unit Equipment.

Coordinate directly with the Cadet Group & Deputy Group Commander

Oversee & Maintain the Unit’s L.D.R Teams; Drill, S.F, Rocketry, Cyber, Sports, Etc

Coordinate & Oversee the Unit’s Flight Commanders

Oversee & Supervise all members of the Operations Squadron.

Relay information between the Cadet Leadership/Top Four & Flight Commanders

Oversee & Coordinate all activities and subordinates under their command

Create & Conduct ‘Standard Evaluations’ regarding the Cadet Corps

Ensure the Corps is conducting itself appropriately according to: A.F, Holm Center, AFJROTC & Local Directives, Policies, & Procedures

Cooperate with the appropriate: General Staff, Cadet Leadership, and Top Four

Maintain the Unit’s Chain of Command Board

Log & Publish ‘Cadet Staff Meeting Minutes’

Maintain all bulletin boards & white boards

Maintain Cadet Personnel Records

Prepares all Request Forms & Unit Regulations

Assist the Operation Squadron with recording L.D.R Team Hours

Coordinate with the Recruiting Squadron in encouraging cadets to remain within the Unit [Retention]

Establish & Submit ‘After Action Reports’ directly to the Inspector General following seven days of each unit event
-
Plan & Coordinate extracurricular and co-curricular activities with other JROTC units
-
Aid the SASI & ASI regarding C.I.A [Curriculum in Action] Trips: On Base, Bataan, Etc
-
Cooperate with the appropriate Cadet Leadership & Top Four

Recuriting/APT Squadron Commander

Coordinate directly with the Cadet Group & Deputy Group Commander

Establish & Oversee all Recruiting and Retention Activities

Oversee & Supervise all members of the Recruiting Squadron

Establish & Oversee an A.P.T [Awareness Presentation Team] with members from each Flight
-
Coordinate, Plan, and Schedule Intermediate Visits: [At Least one per semester]
-
Coordinate, Plans, and Schedule activities to recruit possible cadets from the School Campus
-
Coordinate with the Services Squadron regarding the retention of Cadets within the Unit
-
Cooperate with the appropriate Cadet Leadership & Top Four
